White chicken Enchiladas recipe

*Ingredients:

•8-10 tortillas
•500 grams of grated cooked chicken
•6 dried tomatoes
•200 grams of fresh cream
•100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
•500 ml of chicken broth
•3 tbsp. to s. butter
•3 tbsp. to s. of flour
•basil
•gruyere
•salt
•pepper

*Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Oil a plate. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella. pepper and mix together.

Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center. Then roll it up. First time on the front and fold the sides down and finally keep rolling all the way to the end. Put each roll on the plate.

Put the butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Add the flour, then the chicken broth, and whisk vigorously until combined

Add fresh cream to this preparation and mix. This preparation is poured onto the wraps and then sprinkled with Gruyere to your liking.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve quickly with a salad and sprinkle over the enchiladas with chopped basil.
