Ingredients
- 8 cups cabbage, finely diced
- ¼ cup carrot, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons dry onion, minced
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Place cabbage and carrots in food processor until finely diced then place mixture in a large bowl
Stir in dry onion
SECOND STEP:
In a separate bowl mix sugar, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt & pepper until well combined
THIRD STEP:
Pour over cabbage mixture and stir to coat completely
FOURTH STEP:
Cover and refrigerate overnight
