- Mayonnaise and mustard (optional)
For the Taters (Potato Wedges):
- 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
