300 grams of mix mozzarella and cheddar cheese
2 chopped onions
2 cloves of mashed garlic
1 grain: red pepper, cut into small cubes – chopped tomato
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon: cream or cooking cream – Tabasco or chili – chopped parsley for garnish
