Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients :

°3 cups flour

°1/4 cup sugar

°2 tbsp baking powder

°1 teaspoon salt

°1/3 Shorten the cup

°1 Egg

°1 1/2 cup milk

°4-5 tbsp cinnamon

°2 cups brown sugar

°3/4 cup soft butter

*Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and minors with your hands.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the eggs and milk.
  3. Make a hole in the middle of dry ingredients.
  4. Pour in the liquid ingredients and combine with a spoon.
  5. Once mixed, place on a floured table top.
  6. Roll to 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Top the soft butter.
  8. Cover the butter with brown sugar and sprinkle the cinnamon on top, if you need to use more, it’s fine with the proposed cinnamon.
  9. Wrap the dough tightly.
  10. Roughly cut the thickness of 1/2 inches and place on the sheet of greased cookies or parchment paper.
  11. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes. Great on the shelf.
