Ingredients :
°3 cups flour
°1/4 cup sugar
°2 tbsp baking powder
°1 teaspoon salt
°1/3 Shorten the cup
°1 Egg
°1 1/2 cup milk
°4-5 tbsp cinnamon
°2 cups brown sugar
°3/4 cup soft butter
*Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and minors with your hands.
- In a separate bowl mix the eggs and milk.
- Make a hole in the middle of dry ingredients.
- Pour in the liquid ingredients and combine with a spoon.
- Once mixed, place on a floured table top.
- Roll to 1/4 inch thick.
- Top the soft butter.
- Cover the butter with brown sugar and sprinkle the cinnamon on top, if you need to use more, it’s fine with the proposed cinnamon.
- Wrap the dough tightly.
- Roughly cut the thickness of 1/2 inches and place on the sheet of greased cookies or parchment paper.
- Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes. Great on the shelf.
