Roasted whole cauliflower

*Ingredients

° 1 cauliflower head
° Fresh Thyme
° 2 Laurel Leaves
° 4 cups (1 liter) vegetable or chicken broth, more or less, depending on broccoli size
° 1/3 cup (70 g) melted butter
° Fresh bell pepper

*Instructions

To prepare the whole roasted cauliflower recipe in butter sauce: preheat the oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C). Trim

the bottom of the cauliflower and remove all leaves and leg, but without breaking. Rinse it and let it dry.

Place the whole cauliflower in a saucepan that also covers the stock, adding fresh thyme and bay leaves. Bring

to a boil and simmer for 12 million.

Drain the cauliflower head and transfer to a cast iron frying pan or any oven-proof bowl. Sprinkle some

cooking stock on the cauliflower and then sprinkle with butter. Fresh thyme is also sprinkled with pepper.

Grill in the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the cauliflower, until golden. Soak in cook juice

from time to time. Check it out with the knife, if it slips, it will be cooked. You can barbecue for an extra 2

minutes if you want to give it more color, but keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.

Removing roasted cauliflower from oven & sprinkling with fresh thyme. Slice and serve the roasted

cauliflower with an extra spray of buttered cooking juices
