Southern potato salad

*Ingredients:

°3lb medium potatoes

°1 cup mayonnaise

°1/4 cup yellow mustard

°2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

°2 teaspoons sugar

°1/2 teaspoon onion powder

°1/4 cup taste sweet pickle

°1 chopped celery leg

°1/2 chopped sweet onion

°4 boiled eggs, chopped 3 and sliced 1

*Paprika

*Methods:

Cut each potato in half. Place in a large saucepan and cover 1 inch of water. Adding 2 tsp of salt also simmer.

Mature until the fork is cooked all the way, about 20 minutes. Drain well. Let it cool, then peel and get rid of

the skins. Putting potatoes in bowl. Pass a knife through them until they are cut into small-sized pieces. In a

small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar and onion powder. Pour on potatoes and mix well.

Add the taste, celery, onion and chopped eggs. Mix. Adding salt & pepper to taste. Top with slices of eggs and

sprinkle with paprika. Covering with plastic wrap also refrigerate for at least 4 h.
