- ½ teaspoon powdered garlic
- 1 cup chopped and pitted tomatoes (about 4 Roma tomatoes)
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion (about ¼ red onion)
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 5 freshly cut basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
