Sweet Potato Out of This World
Ingredients:
- 4-5 sweet potatoes, cleaned and cut crosswise
- Olive oil
- Pink salt or kosher salt
- Dried thyme
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the sweet potato halves on the parchment paper, cut side down.
- Drizzle olive oil generously over each half and sprinkle with salt and dried thyme.
- Massage the olive oil, salt, and thyme onto the sweet potatoes.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the bottom is caramelized.
