For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, 1 cup sugar, and softened butter. Mix until the dough comes together.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add 4 tablespoons of sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese and pineapple mixture evenly over the crust in the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flaked coconut with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Sprinkle the coconut mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, refrigerate the bars for a few hours or overnight to set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
