We heat the oven to 150º.

We beat the eggs and add the sugar, yogurt, sunflower oil and lemon zest (without the white part, as it would be bitter). We unite the flour with the yeast, add to the previous mixture and beat well.

Grease a mold with butter, sprinkle with flour and shake off the excess. We pour the mix into the mold. If we want the yeast to have a better effect, let the dough rest for 15 minutes before putting it in the oven. We bake. It will be ready when poked with a toothpick it comes out clean (I don’t give time because every oven is different).
Take out and temper. Unmold passing a knife around the edges of the mold. It can be decorated with icing sugar.
