Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp, Salmon, and Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

 

For the bacon-wrapped shrimp:

 

12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

6 slices bacon, cut in half

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Wooden toothpicks

 

For the bacon-wrapped salmon:

 

2 salmon fillets

4 slices bacon

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

For the bacon-wrapped lamb chops:

 

4 lamb chops

4 slices bacon

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste
