Ingredients

3-4 tbs butter

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

2 tbs orange zest

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1 cup all purpose flour

1 tbs baking powder

Directions
Step 1

In a bowl Add margarine and sugar and beat it until its feathery

Step 2
Add egg on by one then beat it until its fluffy then 2 tbs orange zest and mix

Step 3
Add 1 cup all purpose flour in portion and mix then add 1 tbs baking powder and mix well

Step 4
Add 1/2 cup fresh orange juice and mix well

Step 5
Grease the pan with butter or oil. pour the blend and prepare it for 40-45 minutes on 180°

Step 6
