*Ingredients:
°Onion (about 2 cups)
°Carrot (about 2 cups)
°Celery (about 2 cups)
°Garlic (4-5 lobes)
°12 cups chicken broth
°3 chicken chopped cups (cooked)
°1/4 cup bacon collapses
°1/4 Head wrapped clip into 1 ′ ′ pieces (8 cups)
°2 laurel leaves
°Palm filled with dried parsley
°Salt and pepper to taste
- Methods :
I started with some oil in the pot and cooked onions, celery, carrots and garlic and cooked until it started to tender but still crispy.
Add the broth and bay leaves, boil and simmer until the carrots and celery are mostly cooked.
Add chicken, bacon, cabbage and parsley. Cook on low heat until the cabbage is cooked and soft.
