°1 bag (10 ounces) brownie mixture (plus oil and eggs to prepare the mixture)
°1 (6 packages) Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (12 cups total)
°1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated cookie dough
*Directions :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and generously grease a regular sized muffin tin.
- Preparing brownie mix according to pack instructions; Sit apart.
- Separate the cookie dough into 12 balls and squish them down the bottom of each muffin cup.
- Place the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup upside down over the cookie dough.
- Spread the brownie mixture evenly over each peanut butter cup until wells are 90% full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the brownie mixture is set.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before removing it from the pan, then enjoy it while it’s still warm.
