How to Make Cheesy Beef Loaded Fries
1.Preheat oil in large saute pan over high heat .
2.Add meat to pan and cook, over high heat, until no longer red.
3.Add plain flour, salt and pepper
4.Remove from pan and set aside.
5.Return pan to heat, add additional oil (if necessary), and add the onions and garlic Cook, stirring often, until onions are browned.
6.Return meat to pan, stirring into the pepper and onion mixture, Cook until meat & onions are caramelized, then add tomato pasta, beef stock and red wine mix it and add some thyme.
7.When they cooked will remove from heat.
8. we put our French fries in a plate and some cheddar in the top.
9.Scoop meat mixture over fries.

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups milk, warmed
- 8 ounces white american cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper (white or black)
Beef mix
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Sirloin steak 2.2lbs
- Plain flour 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onion 1, sliced
- Gralic 3 cloves
- Tomato pasta 1 tbsp
- Beef stock 2 cups
- Red wine 1 cup
- Thyme
