Coconut cake with frost for seven minutes

*Ingredients:

°1-1/2 c. sugar,

°2 tbsp corn syrup,

°1/4 CE waterproof,

°6 egg whites,

°1 teaspoon. Vanilla

*Methods :

In a heat-resistant bowl of electric mixer, mix all the ingredients (except vanilla) and place the bowl over a pan of boiling water.

Whisk the mixture to 160 degrees using a candy or thermometer for instant reading.

Transfer the mixing bowl to your blender, and with the whisk attachment, whisk it high until harsh and shiny peaks form (about 6 minutes).

Whip in vanilla. Frost cake immediately.
