Heaven in a Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 package Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2 packages Miniature Reese’s Cups; 13 oz Each
- 4 cups 2% Milk; Cold
- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding; 5.1 oz each
- 1 cup Peanut butter; creamy
- 4 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 2 8 oz Cool Whip; thawed
Instructions:
- Follow the package instructions to prepare the brownie batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased 12 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick near the middle; when it comes out with moist crumbs, it’s done. Avoid overbaking.
- Remove from the oven and transfer the brownies to a wire rack to cool. Once cooled, cut into 3/4-inch pieces.
- Cut the peanut butter cups in half for garnish. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the milk and pudding for 2 minutes until a thick mixture forms.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla to the pudding mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in 1 1/2 containers of whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
- In a 5-quart glass bowl, create layers: Start with 1/3 of the brownie pieces at the bottom, scatter half of the halved peanut butter cups on top, then spoon 1/3 of the pudding mixture over them. Repeat these layers once more. Finally, add the last layer of brownie pieces, the remaining pudding mixture, and top with the reserved peanut butter cups.
- Garnish the top layer with the remaining whipped topping.
- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Enjoy this decadent and delightful dessert!
