1. In a wok or a traditional frying pan, fry the chicken with the garlic over medium heat, gradually add the paprika, the Chinese roots, the broccoli and the carrot, cook for 5 minutes and then add soy sauce to your liking until all the ingredients are well mixed.
2. When serving, add a little sesame seeds on top.
