Ingredients
½ cup pineapple juice
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, 10 oz
1 cup vanilla ice cream, dairy-free or non-dairy
To prepare the Dole Pineapple Whip
Add ingredients – In Place in large blender , add the pineapple juice, frozen pineapple and ice.
Blend – Cover and blend on medium speed until thick and smooth, about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes. If desired, add more pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon at a time.
To Serve – Spoon immediately and place in a cup or bowl. Alternatively, you can transfer the mixture into a bag with a large star nozzle.Seal the end of the bag and freeze it for about 30 minutes so it sets firm but not hard. Cut off the end of the pouch and place in the serving bowl of your choice.

Recipe Yields: Approximately 2 cups
Serving Size: Approximately ½ cup
Coconut Milk Usage: Substitute ¼ to ⅓ cup of unsweetened canned coconut milk or coconut cream for ice cream. Adjust the consistency with the pineapple juice.
Freezing: Store in an airtight container or aerosol can for up to 2 weeks.Thaw 20-30 minutes before serving to make juicing or juicing easier. Individual servings can be placed in a disposable cup and frozen until ready to serve. If you don’t like it, cover it within a day.
