Directions:
Step 1: In a large dish, put in the pork chops.
Step 2: Pour 2 cans of root beer into the dish with the chops.
Step 3: Place inside the fridge for at least 2 hours to marinate.
Step 4: Remove the pork chops and place them on a clean plate.
Step 5: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 7: Pour in the beef stock, the rest of the root beer, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until well blended.
Step 8: Simmer until it diminishes to 3/4 cup then set aside.
Step 9: Ready the grill and preheat to medium-high and brush it with oil.
Step 10: Place the pork chops on the preheated grill and cook for about 8 minutes on each side or until the middle part of the chops are no longer bloody or pinkish. (You can use a thermometer to know the doneness of the chops. It should read 63 degrees C or 145 degrees F.)
Step 11: Brush the chops with the sauce and cook each side for another 2 minutes.
Step 12: Remove from the grill and place the chops on a clean serving platter.
Step 13: Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
