Christmas trees with homemade peanut butter

*Ingredients:

° 1 cup creamy peanut butter

° 1⁄4 glass of unsalted butter, dissolved

° 2 tbsp brown sugar

° 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

° teaspoon 1⁄4 salt

° 2 cup sugar powder

° 10 to 12 ounces. From chocolate chips, (you can also use chopped chocolate in small pieces if desired, but I use half semi-sweet milk chocolate and half)

* Methods :

1. Firstly, apply the line 8 × 8 inches with butter paper, leaving the paper dangling on the sides so you can easily lift it later and leave it aside.

2. Stir the peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla and salt into the mixing bowl, until the sugar dissolves and then gradually mixes in the sugar powder.

3. Press the mixture into a plated dish and smooth the top with a spoon or simply press it enough to flatten to a layer about 1⁄2 inches thick.

4. Now, you can put it in the freezer until it sticks enough to cut.

5. Line a tray with parchment paper when the mixture is solid enough; Aside.

6. Cut the trees by cutting the Christmas tree cookies and place them on the tray, then put them in the freezer until completely solid, about 45 to 60 minutes.

7. Once finished, dissolve the chocolate and line another tray with parchment paper.

8. Dip every tree into melt chocolate.

Using a fork to cover it completely, then gently tap on the fork to drip from the excess chocolate. (I always take only a few trees at a time from the freezer, because the peanut butter mixture smooths very quickly at room temperature. Easier to work with fixed trees

9. On a tray lined with parchment paper, place the chocolate-covered Christmas trees and refrigerate until the chocolate is cooked.

10. Finally, make sure to store in fridge or freeze for longer storage.

Enjoy !
