brownie bottom cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box brownie mix, prepared according to pack directions
  • 2 8-ounce packages, soft cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Greased 9- or 10-inch skillet with non-stick cook spray. Pour the brownie mixture evenly into the skillet. Sit aside.
  • In bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer to smooth & creamy. Add ingalso sugar, eggs and vanilla extract also mix well.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture and spread gently to cover the brownie mixture.
  • Bake the cheesecake at 350 F for 30 minutes, then reduce the heat to 325 F and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature in the pan before removing the spring form mould.
  • Put the hot fudge sauce in a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the corner cutouts) and place on top of the cheesecake. cut and present
