Fried cabbage (with bacon, onion and garlic)

*Ingredients

°5 thick slices of bacon, cut into small pieces

°1 large onion chopped

°2 garlic cloves

° 1 medium head cabbage, grated or chopped

° 1 teaspoon paprika

°pinch of white sugar

° Salt to taste

° Black pepper to taste

*Step by Step
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove the bacon and set aside. Add the onion and garlic, and cook in the bacon fat until the onions are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in cabbage, paprika, sugar, salt and pepper. Confused to combine. Cook for 10 minutes.
Stir the cooked bacon in the skillet with the cabbage mixture. Simmer the cabbage over low heat until it reaches the desired consistency, 20-30ml. Serve it hot or lukewarm.
