For the cookie base
200g butter biscuits
125 g butter (melted)
For the apple filling
1 kg apples
250 ml water
100 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
For the cream layer
400 ml whipping cream
2 packets of vanilla sugar
2 packets of cream stabilizer

1. Prepare the cookie base
Finely crumble the butter cookies or grind them in a food processor.
