Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. Wash and rinse the shrimp, then set them aside.
  2. Cook the white rice according to the package instructions and set it aside.
  3. Place a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and minced garlic. Stir the garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the frozen peas, carrots, and shrimp to the skillet. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through.
  5. In a bowl, combine the sesame oil and soy sauce.
  6. Add the cooked white rice to the skillet, then pour in the soy sauce mixture. Stir and fry for about 4 minutes.
  1. Push the rice and shrimp mixture to one side of the skillet.
  2. Crack the beaten egg into the skillet and stir it constantly until it’s almost cooked. Then mix it into the rice and shrimp.
  3. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  4. Serve and enjoy your delicious shrimp fried rice!
