Burger Cheese Potato Casserole
This delicious Burger Cheese Potato Casserole is an easy and delicious weekly family meal. Or you can prepare an entire dish ahead of time and simply heat it up for an even quicker and easier dinner!

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, chopped
1 yellow onion, diced
3-4 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced
8 ounces or more grated cheddar cheese
1 can soup mix
cheddar cheese 12 ounces
milk ½ cup
milk 1 tsp
salt ½ tsp
pepper Method
Preheat oven to 350*
Spray a 9×13 skillet with non-stick cooking spray
In a large skillet, add onions and ground beef and cook until meat is tender
Cut potatoes Approx ¼ inch thick slices
. Place a layer of potatoes on the bottom of the skillet.
. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
. Sprinkle about ⅓ of the meat mixture and evenly distribute the potatoes.
. Sprinkle with ⅓ of the grated cheese.
Repeat this two more times in layers.
The last layer should be the remaining cheese.
In a bowl, combine the cheddar cheese soup, milk and condensed milk, optionally salt and pepper.
Pour the soup mixture over the potato and beef mixture.
Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and place in the oven
Bake for 1 hour
Remove the foil and bake for a further 15 minutes to give the cheese a golden coating.
If the potatoes are thicker, the dish needs to be cooked longer.
