Chicken, Sautéed Shrimp, Red Skin Potatoes, Broccoli And A 3 Cheese Blend!

Here are the directions for preparing the dish you described:

1. Cook the chicken breast: Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook until it turns golden brown on both sides. Season the chicken with seasoned salt, black pepper, and garlic powder while cooking. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it sit for a few minutes. Afterward, cut the chicken into cubes.

2. Prepare the potatoes: Cut the potatoes into cubes. Boil a pot of water and add the potato cubes. Cook them until they are firm but soft enough for a fork to go through. Drain the potatoes once they are done.

3. Season and cook the shrimp: If your shrimp is frozen, make sure to thaw it first. Rinse the shrimp well and season it with Old Bay seasoning and parsley. In a skillet, melt a stick of butter and add about a tablespoon of minced garlic. Then, add the seasoned shrimp to the pan. Cook the shrimp until they are done, which usually takes a couple of minutes per side. While cooking, you can sprinkle some parsley flakes on the shrimp. If needed, you can add more butter to the pan according to your preference.

4. Prepare the potatoes for baking: While the shrimp is cooking, spread the boiled potato cubes in a roasting pan. Cut a couple of sticks of butter into smaller pieces and distribute them over the potatoes. Sprinkle the potatoes with some Old Bay seasoning.

5. Combine and bake: Once the chicken, shrimp, and potatoes are cooked, mix them together in the roasting pan. Add broccoli to the mixture as well. Top the mixture with shredded cheeses of your choice. Sprinkle some parsley on top. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the dish for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Enjoy: Once the cheese has melted, remove the dish from the oven. Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your flavorful combination of chicken, shrimp, potatoes, and broccoli!

Please note that cooking times may vary depending on the size and thickness of the ingredients, so it’s always a good idea to monitor them as you cook.

Enjoy
