- 3–4 whole sea bream (cleaned and scaled)
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2–3 green peppers (or chili peppers), sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Optional: minced garlic, chopped parsley

- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Prepare the fish:
- Rinse and pat dry the sea bream.
- Make small cuts on each side.
- Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and lemon juice (inside and outside).
- Prepare the vegetables:
- In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and peppers.
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs. Toss well to coat.
- Arrange everything:
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Spread the vegetables evenly, then place the seasoned fish on top.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
