Homemade Pizza Sticks
Ingredients:
- 1 (13.80 oz) can pizza dough
- 6 oz pepperoni slices
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Marinara or ranch for dipping
Preparation:
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: On a clean surface, unroll the pizza dough and slice it into 8 even rectangles.
- Layer Ingredients: Place 3-4 slices of pepperoni in the center of each dough rectangle. Then, place a mozzarella cheese stick on top.
- Roll Up: Roll the dough around the pepperoni and cheese, making sure to pinch the dough tightly to seal the seams and ends.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the rolled sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.
- Season and Bake: Mix the garlic powder and Italian seasoning into the melted butter. Brush each pizza stick with this mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes or until the tops begin to turn golden brown.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara or ranch for dipping.
